This submission covers the information
collection requirements in DFARS part 223, Including hazard warning
labels, safety precautions, change in place of performance for
ammunitions and explosives, and safeguarding sensitive conventional
arms, ammunitions and explosives, and drug-free workforce program
requirements.
The reasons for the decrease in
burden are not attributed to any programmatic changes but rather
reflect changes in the relevant data. Other changes to the burden
amounts reflect the use of updated data and the application of FY
2020 GS hourly rates, as well as correction of a mathematical
error.
