As stated in the Federal Register published on April 6, 2021, and Supporting Statement, we are requesting the currently approved OMB No. 0581-0338 Accounts Payable Information Request be merged into the 0581-0128 collection. Upon approval, we will submit a Discontinuation Request to delete the 0581-0338 collection to prevent duplication.
This request will increase the 0581-0128 number of respondents by 164; number of annual responses by 164; and the burden hours by 14. The affected public would primarily be business or other for-profit entities or farms. One form in the approved 0581-0338 collection will be merged:
