Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) and Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP)

Training and Technical Assistance Feedback Survey

Dear Grant recipients,

RTI International, along with our partners, Child Trends, ETR, and Miami Environmental & Energy Solutions, are pleased to have the opportunity to work with you to provide training and technical assistance (T&TA) to support the expansion of grant recipients’ capacity to implement quality services and address the needs of the youth and families they serve.

We are conducting a survey to identify T&TA needs and preferences to address in the upcoming month to ensure we are providing information and resources tailored to your specific needs.

The Family and Youth Services Bureau requests that at least one representative from each grantee organization complete this Feedback Survey. Respondents should consider their responses based on their position’s needs and responsibilities related to the grant.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and individual responses will be kept private. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. We request that you respond by XXX, 2024.

If you have any technical issues with completing the survey or questions about the content, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].

Thank you for your help,

The RTI SRAE and PREP T&TA Teams
