PROPOSED PARTIAL REVISION: Rule 17a-4 requires certain records to be maintained by certain exchange members and registered brokers and dealers. This submission includes a proposed new recordkeeping requirement in Rule 17a-4 related to proposed Rule 15l-2.
The proposed partial revision would add a new information collection that is connected to the Commission's proposed Rule 15l-2. The proposed revision and the increase in burden is discussed in more detail in the attached Supporting Statement.
