The EAC recently received approval for Help America Vote College Program documents, including draft progress reports, under OMB# 3265-0025. This non-substantive change request would alter the final formatting of the previously approved reports for ease of use by grantees and would update the Privacy Act Statement to reflect approved Statement of Records Notice content.
