In consideration of the making of the subject loan by the above named Lender, the United States of America, acting through the United
States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development, does hereby agree that in accordance with, and subject to the
conditions and requirements herein, it will pay any loss on the above reference loan in accordance with this agreement and 7 CFR part
5001.
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
1.

Full Faith and Credit.
The Loan Note Guarantee constitutes an obligation supported by the full faith and credit of the United States in accordance with
7 CFR 5001.450.

2.

Personal Guarantees.
For personal, partnership, and corporate guarantees provided in accordance with 7 CFR 5001.204 and Form RD 5001-5,
“Unconditional Guarantee,” any such guarantee remains in effect until the note is paid in full. Guarantor must pay all amounts due
under the note when the Lender makes written demand upon the Guarantor. The Lender is not required to seek payment from any
other source before demanding payment from the Guarantor.
