This memo requests approval of nonsubstantive changes to the approved information collection, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Services to Afghan Survivors of Combat Program Performance Data Point Tool & User Guide, approved under the Generic Performance Progress Reports (OMB #0970-0558). 

Background
On November 17, 2023, OMB approved the ORR Services to Afghan Survivors of Combat Program Performance Data Point Tool & User Guide. While preparing to send the Tool and User Guide to grant recipients it was noticed that a number of final edits were not incorporated in what was submitted for OMB review. 

Overview of Requested Changes
This request is to update the User Guide to incorporate minimal changes to the verbiage of the charts (rewording of descriptions and examples) and the notes/examples after the charts. The updated User Guide is included with this request. There are no updates to the actual Data Point Tool.
