Justification for a Non-Material/Non-Substantive Change for 1218-0236-Regulations Containing Procedures for Handling of Retaliation Complaints

OSHA is requesting this non-substantive change to add the Spanish version of the new form that was discussed in the supporting statement to the currently approved request. The Spanish version of the form is identical to the approved English version. The English version was approved on April 12, 2024. We are submitting the Spanish mock-up form that will be used on the website. Your full consideration is appreciated.
