The Contractor Portal is a platform where covered federal contractors and subcontractors must certify whether they are meeting their requirement to develop and maintain Affirmative Action Programs.

The decrease in burden is due to the smaller universe of covered contractors, removal of first year costs for existing contractors and less burden associated with the AAP upload feature.
