Abstract: The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs is requesting Office of Management and Budget approval of a revision to the information collection implementing the Contractor Portal (formerly the ‘‘Affirmative Action Program Verification Interface’’). The Contractor Portal is a platform where covered federal contractors and subcontractors must certify whether they are meeting their requirement to develop and maintain Affirmative Action Programs.
