TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: eGRID User Satisfaction Survey

PURPOSE: The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of how eGRID users utilize the presented data. For subsequent annual releases, we intend to determine if improvements can be made to format, available data elements, and functionality of the eGRID dataset.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: The proposed respondents will consist of visitors to the eGRID website and users who requested to be notified upon the 2012 dataset release. The proposed respondents may include various business communities, educators, students, government contractors, and government officials.
