MENTORSHIP INTEREST ASSESSMENT FOR UKRAINIAN BUSINESSPERSONS
Dear Participants,
Thank you for joining the AmCham’s in Ukraine and the U.S. Department of Commerce’s March 20 webinar titled “Mentoring Ukrainian Women to Success”. We hope that you found it both interesting and informative.
As we mentioned during the webinar, we will be piloting a mentorship program for Ukrainian businesswomen and pairing them on a rolling basis with U.S. based mentors.
If you would like to be considered for our pilot mentorship program, please fill out the attached assessment and send it to Agnes Pawelkowska, Ukraine Desk Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce at: [email protected]
The assessment will help us best match Ukrainian businesswomen with potential U.S. mentors and maximize the benefit from the mentorship opportunity that we offer.
As we identify U.S.-based mentors for applicants, we will contact those selected with details. It is possible that not everyone who applies will be matched with a mentor.
Thank you again for joining us on March 20. We wish you ongoing business success.
Prospective mentees will be invited to provide the following information and descriptions of their business interests and goals for a mentorship:
What industry do you represent?
Who are your primary customers?
Why would mentorship be important for you and your business?
What is your main objective for participating in the mentorship program?
In which specific areas of business do you hope to benefit from a mentorship experience? (check all that apply)
Leadership abilities
Gain emotional support/encouragement as an entrepreneur
Business management

Other goals (please specify)
