to complete the 2024 National Census Survey.
You are required by law to complete this survey and your answers are confidential (Title
13, U.S. Code). Your answers help your local government, businesses, and nonprofit
organizations meet the needs of your community.
If you have already responded, thank you. If not, please do so today by following these two
steps:

1) Go to www.census.gov/2024survey
2) Enter your Census ID:
If we do not receive your response online, we will send you a paper questionnaire in a
couple of weeks.
