This collection is for an umbrella
generic clearance, meaning that once this collection is approved,
HRSA will be able to get OMB approval for similar collections in an
expedited timeframe. The purpose of this umbrella generic clearance
is for collections consisting of applications for awards for
HRSA-funded programs that provide one-time funding, including pilot
programs. HRSA will only use this collection for one-time pilot
programs or one-time funding announcements of new programs.
However, HRSA would only request OMB approval for collections under
this generic umbrella collection if the collection is low-burden,
uncontroversial, and involves a one-time application. Information
collections under this umbrella generic collection would be
applications for funding (solely providing applicants with an
opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities in accordance with
HRSA’s statement of work or selection criteria and other related
information) and forms required for monitoring funding
recipients.
