Staffing and Classification Services Branch (SCSB) Feedback Survey

PURPOSE:

The NASA Staffing and Classification Services Branch (SCSB) has employees who provide a variety of HR staffing and classification services. The purpose of this feedback survey is to gauge customers’ satisfaction with services and identify areas to improve or sustain for overall satisfaction.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

NASA civil service employees, NASA contractors, external selectees, and applicants to NASA positions who interact with NASA SCSB employees.
