Goddard on the Green Post-event Survey

Thank you for attending our first annual Goddard on the Green event. We know everyone's experiences are different, therefore it's important for us to collect feedback from as many individuals as possible to help make future events better.

We estimate that it will take about 5 minutes to read the instructions, gather the facts, and answer the questions.
