Educator Professional Development (EPD) Post-Workshop/Webinar Customer Satisfaction Survey


Instructions: As a participant in a NASA STEM Engagement Educator Professional Development (EPD) activity, you’ve been selected to take part in this voluntary survey. The questions below ask about your experiences with the activity in which you participated in to improve future EPD events. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers to any of the questions. Your responses are confidential, meaning that your name will never be tied to your responses, and no one will know how you responded to these questions.
