2. Purpose	NASA’s Technology Transfer Program manages NASA’s intellectual property and licensing of innovations beyond the federal sector. This survey will gauge current and former licensees’ satisfaction with the program’s licensing process in order to improve future performance and better meet the needs of future licensees.
3. Description of respondents	Current and former licensees of NASA technologies within the past 5 years who volunteer to take the survey.
