Thank you for attending our 22nd Annual Fall Reception and Lecture. We know everyone's experiences are different, therefore it's important for us to collect feedback from as many individuals as possible to help make future events better. As you take the survey, please respond to each statement to the best of your ability and submit your responses by COB Friday, October 6, 2023.
