Abstract: Data collection requests information on individual's arts experience and expertise, as well as contact information. Information collected is necessary to fulfill the National Endowment for the Arts' Congressionally-mandated obligation to ensure that panels have diverse geographic, ethnic, and artistic representation and that panelists serve no more than three consecutive years.
