Through CMS-2442-F (RIN 0938-AU68) we have updated the Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC) [now called Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC)] requirements with a committee framework designed to ensure the proper and efficient administration of the Medicaid program and to better ensure that care and services under the Medicaid program would be provided in a manner consistent with the best interests of the beneficiaries
Through CMS-2442-F (RIN 0938-AU68) we have updated the MCAC [now called Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC)] requirements with a committee framework designed to ensure the proper and efficient administration of the Medicaid program and to better ensure that care and services under the Medicaid program would be provided in a manner consistent with the best interests of the beneficiaries. The ruleâs collection of information requirements and burden estimates are set out under section 12 of the Supporting Statement. Overall, this collection adds 51 respondents, 153 responses, and 15,300 hours.
We do not provide States with any instruction other than what is in CMS-2442-F and codified in the CFR.
