Abstract: Information will be collected via electronic survey by investigators associated with the IARPC PRILR Foundational Area. The information will be used by NSF in support of the IARPC PRILR Deliverable 1.2 to facilitate the evaluation of Principles for Conducting Research in the Arctic. This information will be collected by NSF, or NSF affiliates, every five years to track progress in understanding, implementation, and effectiveness of the Principles over time.
