Abstract: The MySBA platform will allow customers to see all their SBA products/services summarized in on place. It will allow customers to switch between existing and future SBA digital tools with single account/credentials. It will highlight additional SBA products/services beneficial to them based on their customer/business information. Customers may be asked to provide information that fall into three functional areas: Account Registration, Validation and Authentication, and Business Services.
