Abstract: This information collection requires offerors to make disclosures of certain foreign obligations prior to contract award. This information collection also requires contractors to maintain those disclosures during the life of the contract. The disclosures are required by section 1655 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
