Group 1: Limited MAHC use/implementation group
Group 2: Moderate MAHC use/implementation group
Group 3: Advanced MAHC use/implementation group
Criteria:
If a respondent chooses an answer choice from one of the three groups above for three out of four of the
following questions (Qs 6-9), they will be placed in that respective group.
If a respondent chooses "Do not know/Unsure" for two or more of the following questions, they will not
be asked to participate in focus group.
