Dear recreational water health colleagues,
CDC is conducting a study about public aquatic facility regulations and experience using the Model Aquatic
Health Code (MAHC). This survey is for epidemiologists and environmental health professionals working
on public aquatic venue safety, regulation, and inspection at state, territorial, local, or tribal health
departments, with any level of MAHC experience.
The survey [INSERT LINK] will close on [INSERT DATE].
If you have colleagues working in recreational water health, who have used the MAHC and may be willing
to participate in this survey, can you send us their contact information? Please send their name, affiliation,
and email address to [email protected], with “MAHC Survey Contact” in the subject line of your
email.
Thank you for your assistance in this project.
Sincerely,
