The deadline for CDC’s Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC) survey has been extended by two weeks! The survey will now close on November 1^st, 2024.

Don’t miss your opportunity to provide feedback and help shape the future of the MAHC. If you have already started a survey, kindly complete your responses and press submit.

Your jurisdiction’s feedback is extremely important to us, even if you have limited to no direct experience using the MAHC. If you have colleagues who may have relevant feedback on this subject, we would appreciate you passing this survey on to them.
