I have completed a review of the OMB Clearance-Emergency ICR-Risk factors, clinical course, presence and persistence
of virus in various bodily fluids, and risk of sexual transmission among U.S. adults with Oropouche virus disease and
determined that Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI) is being collected. A
Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is required for this collection. The latest signed PIA for Research Electronic Data
Capture (REDCap) is attached.
