Section 10(a) of the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (TRACED Act) directs the Commission to establish a streamlined process for private entities to submit information about robocall or caller ID spoofing violations. The Commission created an online portal located on the FCC website where private entities can submit information. A private entity is any entity other than an individual natural person or a public entity. This information will be used in the Commission's robocall enforcement and mitigation efforts.
