Abstract: This information collection concerns implementation of the data rights portions of the Small Business Administration's Small Business Innovation Research Program and Small Business Technology Transfer Program Policy Directive. To implement the Policy Directive, DoD must collect certain information from offerors and contractors who participate in the Small Business Technology Transfer Program.
