Abstract: The Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) National Network is a public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive solutions by helping small and medium-sized manufacturers grow, make operational improvements, and reduce risk. NIST MEP provides funding to these Centers through Cooperative Agreements. To ensure that the Centers are effectively managing these agreements, a series of reports (as outlined in this collection) are required.
