Abstract: The Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy/Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (hereafter ASTP/ONC) is requesting OMB approval for a new collection of information proposed in the Health Data, Technology, and Interoperability: Patient Engagement, Information Sharing, and Public Health Interoperability NRPM. This new information collection request, which pertains to the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement TM (TEFCA™) Qualified Health Information Network ® (QHIN™) application, attestation, and supporting documentation requirements, is found at § 172.301 and § 172.701.
