The Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy/Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (hereafter ASTP/ONC) is requesting OMB approval for a new collection of information proposed in the Health Data, Technology, and Interoperability: Patient Engagement, Information Sharing, and Public Health Interoperability NRPM. This new information collection request, which pertains to the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement TM (TEFCAâ¢) Qualified Health Information Network ® (QHINâ¢) application, attestation, and supporting documentation requirements, is found at § 172.301 and § 172.701.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
