Abstract: Application to Participate in a 5G Fund Auction, FCC Form 184. This request is being submitted to obtain Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), for a period of three years, for a new information collection requirement necessary to implement the framework adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) for the 5G Fund for Rural America (5G Fund).
