Abstract: DoD requires this information to: (1) verify that offerors are properly licensed where the offeror operates; (2) to verify that deceased DoD personnel remains have been properly cared for by the mortuary contractor; (3) allows the contracting officer to review the written plan to assess the offeror's capability to continue providing contractually required services to support the DoD component's mission essential functions in an emergency; and (4) to ensure that the contractor can continue to provide services for the DoD component's required mission essential functions.
