Abstract: This is a request to make non-substantive changes to the current Information Collection Request 1845-0030 to update award year and date changes for the Fiscal Operations Report for 2024-2025 and Application to Participate 2026-2027 (FISAP) and Reallocation Form and clarify instructions. There are instructional updates which change references to EFC and Automatic Zero EFC to SAI and Maximum Pell Indicator based on the FAFSA Simplification Act. The annual reporting and record keeping hours remain unchanged at 88,626 hours. The respondents and responses remain unchanged at 3,778.
