The Spectrum Act requires the
Commission to reimburse eligible entities for costs “reasonably
incurred” due to stations relocating to new channels as a result of
the repacking process or a winning reverse auction bid. The RAY
BAUMS Act of 2018 added the new categories of eligible entities
that we are now adding to the form. This information collection is
a standardized form for eligible entities to submit additional
information to facilitate incentive payments.

The Commission is reporting
adjustments/decreases to this information collection. Because most
of the entities that are eligible for reimbursement have already
filed the form, there are decreases to the total number of
respondents and total annual responses from 350 to 15 (-335) and
the total annual burden hours from 1,750 to 75 (-1,675). There are
no program changes.
