The Sheriffs’ Advice-Seeking Survey is being conducted on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in partnership with the National Sheriffs’ Association. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about advice seeking on adopting evidence-based strategies to help people re-entering the community after incarceration. Additionally, the survey will gather information on the uptake of these strategies among state and local sheriff organizations. Your participation in this important quality improvement initiative is greatly appreciated.
