Non-substantive Change Requests related to Generic ICR

SUBJECT:

Nonsubstantive change request for 1220-0093 for compliance with Executive Order 14168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government

DOL is requesting the removal and or modification of the below ICs from the ICR. They all were subject to the Executive Order 14168, "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government" and are noted as actions taken to bring DOL into compliance with usage of the term gender that are now corrected or removed as below. DOL is updating this collection to meet current requirements collecting information on sex by submitting this non-substantive change request to the overall ICR regarding the specific ICs below only. 

Requested updates for ICs under generic 1225-0093:

  1. OWCP -- Survey for Customers Who Recently Received a Decision” – This study is complete. Discontinue IC from the ICR. REMOVED

  2. OWCP Customer Experience Survey for Feedback on Claimants Who Recently Received a Denied Decision” – This study is complete. Discontinue IC from the ICR. REMOVED

  3. OWCP Claimant Access to Care Survey– This study is complete. Discontinue IC from the ICR. This survey was completed on 1/17/25 and respondents can no longer access it. REMOVED

  4. OWCP Paper Survey for Soliciting Feedback for Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) from Claimants Who Recently Received a Final Letter Decision” – This study is revised as below. Edit IC in the ICR. CHANGED
