Abstract: 47 CFR Section 73.1590(d) requires broadcast licensees of AM, FM and TV stations to make audio and visual equipment performance measurements for each main transmitter and retain complete data at the transmitter or remote control point for two years. In addition, this information must be made available to the FCC upon request.
