Abstract: The standard requires employers to monitor worker exposure to cadmium, to provide medical surveillance to workers, and to establish and maintain accurate worker and exposure records. These records are used by employers, workers, physicians, and the Government to ensure that workers are not being harmed by exposure to Cadmium.

Short Statement: The agency is requesting an adjustment increase in the burden of 218 hours going from 50,226 hours to 50,444 hours. This increase is due to a computational error discovered in the previous ICR. OSHA is requesting to retain the same capital cost for operation and maintenance of $2,082,199.
