Short Statement: There are two reasons for program changes: an increase in the number of covered employees and an increase in wage, benefit, and overhead costs for respondents. In addition, the Standard Occupational Classification code used to estimate employer burden costs was updated from 13-1171 Human Resource Specialists to 13-1141 Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists to more accurately reflect the respondents.
