Short Statement: The updated burden estimates present decreases of 70,904 hours, $937,724 in labor costs and $2,216,600 in capital/non-labor costs from the currently cleared FTC burden totals, after the halving for shared interagency enforcement. The decreases are attributable to an estimated decrease of the number of requests for free annual file disclosures from 34 million annually to 21 million annually.
