The Department appreciates the time and attention the public spent on reviewing the 60-day EDFacts package. To minimize the burden on states moving forward, the Department is withdrawing all proposed changes presented in the 60-day package and is proposing to continue collecting the same data groups and categories as in the currently approved EDFacts (SY2022-23 through SY2024-25).

Attachments A-1, C-1 and C-2 list out the data groups, data categories, permitted values, and metadata currently being collected in SY 2024-25 and now being proposed as the data collected in SY 2025-26 through SY 2027-28.
