This non-substantive change request includes an update to remove examples in the notes section of the form to align with the Administration’s policy priorities. We think the primary respondents to
this form will be our discretionary grant program applicants, who are already required to fill out the existing form each time they apply for a Department’s discretionary grant program. The change
does not impact an applicant’s use or completion of the form and instead allows applicants to identify potential barriers without naming examples. The questions on the form remain the same.
