“The Real Cost” Monthly Implementation
Assessment (MIA) is a repeated cross-sectional survey that will be
conducted using web-based surveys that are self-administered on
personal computers or web enabled mobile devices to collect rapid
data on “The Real Cost” campaign content. The purpose of the MIA
study is to provide a rapid and flexible method for collecting data
on campaign exposure, awareness, attention, and processing, as well
as receptivity to both in-market stimuli and stimuli in
development, to understand the extent to which “The Real Cost” is
being received by the intended audience and successfully delivered
to the intended audience.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
(i) Why the information is being collected;
(ii) Use of information;
(iii) Burden estimate;
(iv) Nature of response (voluntary, required for a
