âThe Real Costâ Monthly Implementation Assessment (MIA) is a repeated cross-sectional survey that will be conducted using web-based surveys that are self-administered on personal computers or web enabled mobile devices to collect rapid data on âThe Real Costâ campaign content. The purpose of the MIA study is to provide a rapid and flexible method for collecting data on campaign exposure, awareness, attention, and processing, as well as receptivity to both in-market stimuli and stimuli in development, to understand the extent to which âThe Real Costâ is being received by the intended audience and successfully delivered to the intended audience.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
