necessary to determine whether an organization meets the regulatory
and relevant case law requirements for recognition by EOIR's Office
of Policy as a legal service provider, which would then allow it to
seek full or partial accreditation for its representative(s) to
practice before EOIR and/or the Department of Homeland
Security.

The change is due to an
adjustment in the agency estimate. There is a decreased annual time
burden due to a decrease in the average number of responses
received annually. There is an increase in the cost to the federal
government due to a general increase in the agency's costs
associated with processing and maintaining the form.
