Short Statement: The final rules require the addition of “material cybersecurity incident” as a reporting topic. The Commission estimates that the amendments will result in an increase in the paperwork burden of affected entities. For purposes of the PRA, the Commission estimates that for Form 6-K the final rules will result in an increase of 135 burden hours and $27,000 for the services of outside professionals.
