Short Statement: HUD OIG intends to utilize the Request for Common Form within the PRA module as a means for collecting information from personnel either currently employed or seeking employment with HUD OIG. The information would be collected on the Personnel Vetting Questionnaire (PVQ) in the NBIS system, which is owned by DCSA. The collected information is necessary to ascertain an individual’s suitability for employment, fitness for duty or for access to HUD OIG systems and facilities.
