Abstract: The request is to reflect the addition of seven (7) new recipients. In September 2023, additional recipients were added to the Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Program. Recipients are required to develop a strategic action plan that outlines their comprehensive approach to suicide prevention and then to implement and evaluate this approach. This ICR collects performance monitoring data via a web-based Partners’ Portal. This data is needed to monitor the cooperative agreement program funded under the Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Program. This Revision includes an additional instrument and other minor changes.
