The Further Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking, FCC 25-72, proposes to permit simulcasting stations,
upon notice to the Commission, to encode multicast 1.0 streams
using MPEG-4.
There are program
changes/increases to this information collection which are due to
the proposed information collections contained in FCC 25-72 .
Therefore, the following figures will be added to OMB’s inventory,
if the information collections are adopted in a final rulemaking by
the Commission: 200 respondents, 200 responses and 50 burden hours.
