The National Register of Historic
Places Registration Forms (NPS Form 10-900), the National Register
of Historic Plates Registration Continuation Sheet (NPS Form
10-900-a), and the Multiple Property Submission/Multiple Property
Documentation Form (NPS Form 10-900-b), are completed by
individuals, SHPOs, FPOs, THPOs, or other nominating organizations
for nomination to the National Register. The Registration forms
document properties for listing and demonstrates they meet the
established criteria. The documentation assists in evaluating,
preserving, and protecting properties.
